Yes, we are all survivors, but some are more amazing than others. Truffle, in her old age had a rough time climbing over debris (as did we all, but her legs are shorter). Star had to search for a dry place, and was quite disoriented. The peacock actually somehow lived thru the hurricanes outside. The feathers were all blown off of his back, down to skin! But, as you can see, they all grew back! The gallery . . . well we are making a book about the transformation.
